This is our smallest most inexpensive mechanical sand reclaimer. We have seen customers spend a minimal amount of dollars simply feeding it manually (shovel) or with a front end loader. The lumps rub on one another and break the bond between grains. The sand is screened as it vibrates uphill to the discharge lip to the left. It can drop into a simple bucket elevator or a sand transporter to return it to the elevated hopper over your sand mixer. Dust removal can be as simple as a vacuum point before the bucket elevator or you can opt for a classifier cabinet connected to a dust collector.
